New Residents in Amberly
Welcome to Amberly Master!

Amberly Master is an Association that owns and operates the amenities and common areas, including the clubhouse and pool areas.  The clubhouse facility, including the pool and playground, is known as the Residents' Club.  You'll find helpful information on the website, including the club guidelines booklet.  Current residents in an Amberly Master community may visit the front desk at the Residents' Club to gain access to the amenities.

The Association is managed by Professional Properties Management (PPM).  PPM has been providing the best in community management services to associations throughout the Triangle area since 1985, and we are pleased to count Amberly Master as one of over 200 that we currently serve. For more information about our company, including office address and hours of operation, please visit our website. We look forward to working with you!

CLUBHOUSE & ASSOCIATION COMMUNICATION
Contacts for clubhouse and amenity management can be found on the Home page, and the Contact page. Front desk staff and manager oversee the daily operations at the clubhouse, while the Lifestyle Director oversees programs and activities.  To help ensure that we can properly serve you, please complete any applicable forms, which are available at the front desk. Of course, should you have any questions or concerns about amenity access or clubhouse operations, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk, at AmberlyClub@gmail.com.

The Residents' Club is staffed during normal operating hours.  However, if you observe or experience an Association or facility-related emergency outside of PPM’s hours for the amenity areas, please call our office at 919-848-4911 and follow the prompts to leave a message for the on-call manager. Your call will be returned within 30 minutes.

The community manager, Monique Taylor, works with the Board of Directors for Amberly Master POA.  The Master Board of Directors ("Board") is composed of one representative from each sub association at Amberly.  The Board is responsible for the budget, planning and maintenance of the Master common elements, and creates and enforces policies that govern it, including the clubhouse.    Current Board members are: Brad Hall, David Weiss, Hardik Thakkar, Jake Jones, Kristi Grabow, Larry Dickerman, Matt Landis, and Reagan Morris.  The Board may be reached at MasterBoard@amberlymaster.com.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR REFERENCE
Amberly Master’s legal documents, which also govern your community, can be found here. These documents outline the rules and regulations of the Association, on which many of the legal documents of each sub association are based.  All owners agreed to be bound by the Association's governing documents upon purchase, so please be sure to review them carefully.

EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY
Should you ever plan additions or changes to the exterior of your home or property, please ensure to first consult the association's legal documents and/or your association’s Architectural Guidelines. These documents provide an explanation and outline for the architectural approval process and requirements for your specific association.  Requests, or applications, should be sent directly to the management company for your specific sub association at Amberly.  Contact information for each sub association, or community, is found here.
